For a limited time, we will honor points earned at any other valet parking company serving
Bradley Airport.
Present verification of points at check-in at Roncari Valet, and we will instantly credit
you with a matching number of points, up to a maximum of 65. That equals a week of free
parking with Roncari!

Reservations are strongly recommended for Roncari Express Valet Parking.
Reservations are quick and easy to make, plus they're FREE! During heavy travel periods, like
school vacations, winter business travel season, and holidays, Roncari Express Valet Parking can be full.
We don't want to turn away our valued Parkers, so we strongly recommend having a reservation. A
reservation guarantees we will have a space for you when you arrive at the Hartford/Springfield
Bradley International Airport. Another benefit is quicker check-in, and an opportunity to list any
special requests, such as car services, ADA-compliant shuttle, etc., in advance.
You don't need to be a STARcard Frequent Parker to make a reservation. Just click
on "Reservation", fill in the form, and "Save" the information. We suggest you print or copy the confirmation
number for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email, which you will need to bring
with you to Roncari Express Valet Parking.
STARcard Frequent Parkers can log in and then click "Reservations", and all of your profile
information will automatically populate the form. Then, you just select your travel dates and "save" the reservation.
We invite you to try the Roncari Express Valet Parking Reservation System. Reservations are
only available online. You will find it a quick, convenient, dependable way to guarantee a perfect parking experience.
The Roncari Express Valet Parking STARcard Frequent Parker Program is our way of saying "Thank You"
to our loyal frequent parkers. STARcard Frequent Parkers earn points for every paid day they park with
us. These points can be redeemed for Car Care Services or FREE parking (see point system below). Being a
member of the STARcard program also expedites your registration process since we have all the necessary
information in your profile. Another benefit - membership is FREE!

receive an email confirmation of your request for a STARcard
The rewards to the traveler are as follows:
- 35 Points - Exterior Car Wash Only.
- 65 Points - Up to 7 days of free parking. The days must be used consecutively, and there is no reimbursement for unused days.
- 85 Points - Free Oil Change with up to 6 quarts of oil.
- 150 Points - Wash & Wax - Includes exterior hand wash & wax, vacuum interior, dress interior, clean windows, dress tires, and clean rims of car.
Note: Management reserves the right to change the points required for each of the services offered in this program.
Management also reserves the right to correct points altered by a computer glitch, and hopes our fair-minded customers understand.
